Pancake Day

Pancake Day today, Shrove Tuesday. Friends came round to help eat our Nutellla, syrup, lemon juice and sugar, raspberry jam pancakes.

Enough pancakes to feed 6
500g Plain Flour
3 eggs
24 fl. oz milk
Good pinch of salt
