Recipe: Garlic and herb potato wedges
My contribution to the BBQ. So easy and a very delicious alternative to a baked potato or chips (french fries).
Ingredients
- 5 potatoes, scrubbed and rinsed.
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 210 degrees.
- Cut each potato length wise. Then cut each length wise to make 4 wedges.
- Mix the oil and herbs together into a bowl. Season well with salt and pepper. Tip in the potato wedges and toss so that everything has been coated.
- Now place the wedges onto a baking tray and cook for around 20 minutes in the oven.
- They should be nicely browned and have a crusty edge.
- Serve immediately straight from the oven.
