I discovered a really cute ezine for Cantonese food. Winmush's recipes and illustrations are delightful and definately make me in the mood for Yum-cha. The way of the chopsticks is a back-to-basics etiquette lesson. Ermmmm and I just realised I am sometimes guilty of spearing my dumpling like point no. 9. *hangs my head in shame.
