Smoked salmon and creamy horseradish toast |
Ingredients
120g smoked salmon
3 teaspoons of horseradish sauce
75g cream cheese
1 ciabatta loaf
half a lemon
Method
- Slice up and toast the ciabatta
- Mix the horseradish sauce and the cream cheese
- Spread generously over the toasts
- Slice the smoked salmon into thin strips
- Place ontop of toasts
- Quick squeeze of lemon juice over the toasts.
