Smoked salmon and creamy horseradish toast
I need something light and fresh today after all that heavy food. The horseradish sauce gives it a little zing. Super tasty, take my word for it.

120g smoked salmon
3 teaspoons of horseradish sauce
75g cream cheese
1 ciabatta loaf
half a lemon


  1. Slice up and toast the ciabatta
  2. Mix the horseradish sauce and the cream cheese
  3. Spread generously over the toasts
  4. Slice the smoked salmon into thin strips
  5. Place ontop of toasts
  6. Quick squeeze of lemon juice over the toasts.
