What's for dinner?

Today is the start of Thai New Year which led to tonight's dinner inspiration which was very extremely delicous.  Perhaps this should be a new family tradition, and we make dishes from around the world whenever this a big national holiday? I want to try it. What are the favourite dishes in Papua New Guinea?
