Baking Sunday: Coffee walnut cake
A very delicious coffee walnut cake recipe I found on BBC Food.
*My notes. I added 4 teaspoons of normal instant coffee into a half a teacup instead of using expresso coffee (use what is in your store cupboard is my motto) and added a teaspoon of baking soda to the self-raising flour for added a high sponge.
