British Army fit


An alternative to expensive gyms? How about a 16 week fitness programme designed by the Army Physical Training Corps. Make it to the end of level 4 and you'll have achieved basic level of fitness required by all new recruits. Lets go!

Press ups and sit ups (press ups = 21 in 2 minutes if you're a woman, 44 in 2 minutes if you're a man, sit ups =  50 in 2 minutes)
1.5 mile run test - you should complete this in less than 10:30
