The Wales Coast Path
Last week saw the opening of the Wales Coast Path, 870 miles (or 1030 miles if you join Offa's Dyke Path National Trail) of trail tracing the entire Welsh coastline. The path squiggles along deserted beaches, towns, tiny villages, medieval castles and rugged cliff-tops. I'm proud that Wales is the first country in the world to have this.
