What to wear to work

So if your company is releaxed enough to allow jeans in the office, how should you wear it?

I've really got tired of the British women's fashion magazines section and admit I've stopped buying a long time ago. Fashion blogs, Pinterest and Tumblr offer much more than all that celebrity nonsense and silly articles.  Japanese magazines like Classy have much better layouts, styling ideas and clearer photography even if I can't read a single word.
