How was your weekend? I live fairly close to the
Bermuda Rhubarb triangle. Yes really! Apparently rhubarb is a native of Siberia but just loves to grow in our Yorkshire winter climate of cold and wet. Well at least something enjoys it :)
West Yorkshire once produced 90% of the world's forced rhubarb and it's only available between January and March.

Grown in forcing sheds, rhubarb is traditionally harvested by candlelight when the stalks reach approx. 61cm. |
