Harrogate History festival

Four best selling historical authors took to the stage for a battle "My era's better than yours". Vikings, Romans, Ancient Greeks and the Tudors slugged it out on stage for the audience.

Of course, I was cheering for the Vikings!

Afterwards we ate at what must be the poshest Wetherspoons in the country, the Winter Gardens. Pie'n'chips and real ale. All in all, not the worst Saturday!
