I've been away discovering the delights of
The Alchemist's exciting cocktail and food menu in Manchester and Leeds. The interiors have a chic luxurious feeling. Think copper, leather, smoky darkness and wood. The food menu is eclectic - you can order everything from Japanese Ramen to a classic Club Sandwich with fries, to Fajitas or Fish and chips. But I have to say you visit The Alchemist for the cocktails not the food.
