Gone too long

Easter is soon upon us and I've been away much too long. So what have I been up to?

A LOT!

The first reason I've been away from Blogger is because I've kind of fallen in love with keeping a real print journal.  One of my lovely friends gave me a very special Japanese diary.  It's called the Hobonichi Techo and has developed somewhat of a cult following around the world. 

I soon discovered why. It is a joy to write in. Everything from its page-a-day format, to the stitch binding which allows it to be opened flat 180 degrees, and the special Tamoe River paper which manages to be thin, bleed-proof and strong all at the same time.
