Eating out : Vapiano, Dresden, Germany

The evening before the 10k run, 2017 Citylauf Dresden we visited Vapiano to munch on some delicious carbs.

The location is fantastic, being on the Schoessergasse, right in the heart of this scenic city.  The interior design  is attractive, downstairs uses the original sandstone foundations of the old building while the upstairs area feels fresh, light and like you've just walked into a greenhouse.

It is not a traditional restaurant as you order at the counter, but the kitchen is open and its nice to see the chefs at work making your dinner.

We nibbled on bruschetta while we waited for the main deal - a Diavolo pizza with extra chili for me while Herr L chose the Tonno.
