I'm on week 8 of a 10 week beginners yoga class which I am really enjoying. My flexibility has improved and I'm hoping it will make the perfect compliment to running and help my balance.

The next step, apart from signing up for another class, is to wake up a little earlier and do a short morning routine everyday. This 10 minute routine looks good.

But as if someone was reading my mind, Steven sent me this video - a beer yoga class. Ha!
